Capture

Right now, someone is calling a number that doesn't answer.

The Network

One call connects you to the whole network.

Every hotline knows every other — what it does, how to reach it. Call the permits hotline and it finds the zoning office. Call the restaurant and it finds the wine shop. One number in, the whole network opens up.

The phone has always been the most accessible communication technology.

Hotline returns it to its original purpose: you call, someone answers.

A hotline is not a voicemail. It is not a scripted bot. It is not a form.

It answers every call. It knows your content — your pricing, your policies, your data, your context. It remembers callers across calls. It can look things up in real time, send a follow-up text with a link or a document, route to a human, or take payment. It logs every conversation and builds a record over time.

It connects to the tools you already use. Your CRM. Your calendar. Slack. Notion. Airtable. Whatever you push leads into, log meetings in, or track customers with — if a tool has an API, a hotline can reach it. Over 900 do.

Every hotline is different because every hotline is built on a specific brief. What it knows. Who it talks to. What it does when the call ends. That brief is a voice conversation with the Concierge.

Every hotline is free to create.

Non-commercial hotlines get free call minutes as well.

Questions

How do I create one?
Call the Concierge — the number at the top of this page. You describe what you want. It asks follow-up questions. At the end of the call, your hotline exists. No account. No form. No UI. If you prefer to build by typing, go to create.hotline.free.
Can I give it my own information?
Yes. During setup you tell it what it needs to know — your pricing, your policies, your documents, your data. You can also give it links or structured content. It uses that as its knowledge base for every call.
Does it remember callers?
Yes. A hotline recognizes individual callers across calls. A permits hotline remembers your project details from the last call. A VC intake hotline knows a founder called twice before. A research hotline tracks what a respondent has already answered. The memory is specific to your hotline.
Does it hand off to a human?
Hotlines are designed to handle every call on their own — no hold music, no interrupted staff, no missed context. If you need a human in the loop for specific situations, you can configure transfer rules. Most hotlines never need them.
Is it secure?
Calls are encrypted in transit. Caller data is stored on your hotline, not shared across hotlines. You control what the hotline knows and what it logs.
Is it free to call?
Yes. Calling a hotline is a regular phone call — you pay whatever your carrier charges for any call. There is no AI surcharge, no per-minute fee, nothing extra.
What does it cost?
Every hotline is free to create. Non-commercial hotlines get free call minutes as well. Commercial hotlines are billed by usage.
